Welcome to Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms.
Introduction
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services
Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC specializes in custom window treatments, including the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of blinds and curtains.
Orders and Payments
- All orders must be placed through our official channels.
- A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your order. This advance covers the cost of fabric orders placed within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
- Payment terms will be outlined in your order confirmation. Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
Order Modifications: Any changes to your order after confirmation must be communicated promptly. Additional charges may apply for modifications.
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress of your order, and the non-refundable advance will be retained to cover initial costs.
Installation
- Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation area is prepared and accessible.
- Any changes to the installation schedule must be communicated by the customer at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a charge of AED 150 to cover labor and transportation costs.
Site Conditions: The customer is responsible for ensuring that site conditions are safe and suitable for installation. Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC reserves the right to reschedule if conditions are not met.
Post-Installation Care: Instructions for the care and maintenance of installed products will be provided. The customer is responsible for following these guidelines to ensure the longevity of the products.
Warranty
- Our products and services come with a warranty as specified in your purchase agreement.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage from misuse, improper installation by the customer, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims: Claims under warranty must be reported immediately. Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC will inspect the issue and, if covered, will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., sunlight, moisture), accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Returns and Refunds
- Custom-made products are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the product as necessary.
- Standard products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Return Process: Customers must obtain authorization from Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC before returning any products. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Force Majeure: Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC and may not be used without our written consent.

Governing Law

Third-Party Services: If Blinds & Curtains Solutions FZC engages third-party services for installation or delivery, we are not liable for any actions or omissions of these third parties.
